Kentucky Uncommon 5.6% ABV | 33 IBU Crafted with corn and rye, our version of this adds an uncommon twist to a pre-prohibition beer style. Boasting medium bitterness and body, this style is anything but common.

Urban Haze Vol. 2: Blushing Bergamot 6.2% ABV | 24 IBU
The second installment of Urban Haze: The Hazy IPA Series. Bergamot and El Dorado hops create a whirl of fruity and floral aromas balanced on citrus flavor. Hazy and unfiltered to leave the juicy goodness from the grain and hops.

St. Paul Pale Ale 6.9% ABV | 45 IBU
We took water and we turned it into beer. A citrusy fusion of zesty orange and papaya, this unfiltered pale ale Is medium bodied with toasty maltiness, for a perfect balance between malt and hops.

Midwest IPA™ 6.2% ABV | 60 IBU
A sturdy malt backbone helps balance the hop bitterness of this IPA. Citrus followed by floral and spice to round out the hop profile of this beer.

Bock to Nature Maibock 7% ABV | 30 IBU A warming, medium-bodied lager with a classic crystal golden hue. Combining honeyed biscuit with mild grassy bitterness and a touch of spice, it shakes off winter’s last chill and invites the warming sun into our souls.

Irish Style Nitro Dry Stout 5.5% ABV | 35 IBU Toasted rye bread, with hints of caramel and bittersweet chocolate, and a cappuccino head.
