Cowbell Cream Ale® 5.2% ABV | 20 IBU
Lighter, Crisp, Highly Drinkable. A transitional beer that may just lure the American light lager fans into the world of craft beer. Our cream ale is light gold in color and low in bitterness; the specialty malt and flaked maize add complexity to this smooth thirst quencher.

Vanilla Latte Blonde Ale 5.6% ABV | 15 IBU A smooth Blonde Ale infused with vanilla and a special blend of light espresso roasts from St. Paul’s own TrueStone Coffee Roasters. Lactose adds a creamy, subtle sweetness.

De-Lovely Porter® 5.3% ABV | 33 IBU Sweet, Coffee, Low Bitterness. It's delightful, it's delicious, it's de-lovely. Smooth and dark yet refreshing.

SourPuss™ Sour Ale 6.2% ABV | 5 IBU Our newest iteration of Sourpuss, a fan favorite. Using the season's best, tart cranberries, and adding a hint of lime for an extra kick.

Tornado Drill IPA™ 7% ABV | 79 IBU
This IPA combines traditional West Coast and NEIPA styles— creating a cyclone of piney-orange flavor from Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Bergamot hops.

Hop Czech Pilsner 5% ABV | 25 IBU
A crisp, golden, malt-forward lager that balances Czech Saaz hops with bready maltiness from Pilsner yeast.

Barrel Aged Imperial Chocolate Stout 11.1% ABV | 48 IBU
Rich maltiness, barrel-aged smoothness, and irresistible notes of chocolate blend together in this warming Imperial Chocolate Stout that has been aged to perfection in oak bourbon barrels.

St. Paul Pale Ale 6.9% ABV | 45 IBU
We took water and we turned it into beer. A citrusy fusion of zesty orange and papaya, this unfiltered pale ale Is medium bodied with toasty maltiness, for a perfect balance between malt and hops.

Midwest IPA™ 6.2% ABV | 60 IBU
A sturdy malt backbone helps balance the hop bitterness of this IPA. Citrus followed by floral and spice to round out the hop profile of this beer.
