6.2% ABV | 20 IBU
This well-balanced Red Ale uses fresh spruce tips, a classic American brewing ingredient, to create a unique beer to celebrate the holiday season. Caramel malt balances and Chinook hops accentuate the sweet resinous pine flavor, creating a Christmas tree in a glass.

New Minnesota breweries bring diversity: 'Beer is the ultimate cross-cultural thing'
The craft beer boom is starting to include people of color and women.
By Sharyn Jackson Star Tribune
NOVEMBER 23, 2018 — 10:53AM—Although craft beer — both brewing and drinking — is statistically a largely white, wealthy, male pastime, a boom in new breweries has led the industry to finally begin to diversify.
